General description

High quality, temperature resistant diamond grit for efficient and clean holes. This 4-piece diamond drill bits set is designed for drilling through various materials including glass, ceramic tiles, hard tiles, porcelain, granite, marble, quartz, limestone, fiberglass, terrazzo, porcelain stoneware, masonry, and stoneware. The set includes drill bits with diameters of 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm, all featuring a 7 mm hexagonal shank compatible with standard drill chucks and light hammer drills from brands like Bosch, Hilti, Metabo, Makita, and Milwaukee.

Technical specifications

  • Drill diameters: Ø 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm
  • Hexagonal shank: 7 mm
  • Total length of the drill: 65-80 mm
  • Installation

  • Use the carbide drill provided to create a starting notch.
  • Place the diamond drill on the start notch at an angle of approximately 45° and drill carefully.
  • Once the notch is deeper, position the machine and the diamond drill upright.
  • While drilling, circle slightly to ensure dust and debris are removed.
  • Pause regularly to cool the diamond drill and the material.
  • Repeat the drilling and cooling process until the hole is finished.
  • Clean the diamond drill after use and remove all residues before re-use.
  • Usage

For optimal performance, it is recommended to use water or a drilling coolant while drilling. Cordless screwdrivers should operate at a minimum speed of 1600 rpm, while electric drills should exceed 2000-3000 rpm for best results. Using machines with low power and lower speed can significantly reduce the drill's lifespan.
