Premium quality diamond drill bit set featuring vacuum brazed diamond technology for high efficiency, faster cutting, and longer lifespan. This set includes four drill bits with diameters of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm, designed for drilling through various hard materials.

Installation

Use a carbide tipped drill bit to create a starting notch.

Position the diamond drill bit at a 45° angle to the notch and drill carefully.

Once the notch is deeper, switch to a vertical position for drilling.

Drill slightly circular to remove dust and dirt from the hole.

Periodically cool the drill bit and material during the process.

Repeat the drilling and cooling steps until the hole is complete.

Clean the diamond drill after use to remove all residue.

Usage

Ideal for drilling glass, tile, hard ceramic tile, porcelain, granite, marble, quartz, limestone, fiberglass, terrazzo, porcelain stoneware, masonry, and stoneware.

For granite, it is recommended to use water while drilling to extend the drill bit's lifespan.

Cooling wax is filled in the drill bits to enhance service life during dry drilling.

Other information

Caution: Cordless screwdrivers should operate at a minimum speed of 1600 rpm; electric drills are recommended to run at speeds above 2000-3000 rpm.
