Application:

1.) Use the supplied carbide tipped drill bit to create an initial notch.

2.) Now position the diamond drill bit at an angle of approximately 45° to the starting notch and carefully drill.

3.) Once the notch is deeper, place the machine and diamond bit in a vertical position.

4.) Move the drill lightly in a circular motion to remove dust and dirt from the hole.

5.) Stop drilling and periodically cool the diamond bit and the material.

6.) Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the drilling is complete.

7.) Always clean the diamond bit after completing drilling and remove all residues before using it again.
