Description
Welcome to our shop! Discover our high-performance pneumatic solenoid valve, designed for exceptional reliability and durability. It is supplied individually, ready for installation to meet your airflow control needs. This solenoid valve features a **high-power coil**. It incorporates a 5-way, 2-position solenoid valve. The valve body, with a mirror-polished inner wall of 0.04µm, and the full-power coil ensure extended operation without the risk of overheating. Sealing is ensured by a **self-lubricating seal** and a 6-ring precision stem. Combined with a high-precision pilot, this configuration allows for an ultra-fast response of 5 seconds per cycle and high-frequency operation without any blockage. It is equipped with a **standard 1/4-inch PT port** for air connection, as well as a 1/8-inch PT exhaust silencer. Its maximum operating frequency reaches 5 cycles per second. Its **operating principle** is as follows: normally open (NO), the valve remains open when the coil is not energized and closes when energized. Easy adjustment is possible thanks to the internal nut, which can be removed without tools. Made of **aluminum alloy**, it operates in **direct** mode (direct action) with a **pressure range** of 0.15 to 0.8 MPa, thus covering a wide range of control requirements. Its other technical characteristics include a voltage of **110V AC**, a power consumption of **4.8W**, a working environment suitable for **air**, an operating temperature range of **32 to 140°F**, and an **IP65** protection rating for use in demanding environments.
