Delivery came very quick in fact day before the first estimated day…control very easy to use…paid for fitting due to weight n expert….it has 5 dim control n looks so real…only thing it sounds fake but it is fan electric heater after all ….can’t comment on how well the heat is as we now in the summer months but time will tell, but lm not that bothered as l have radiator heat n all l want is the look to feel warmer n that is what it has given me ?
