This fondant rolling mat is made of food-grade silicone (BPA-free) and has a shelf life of several years. The silicone baking mat measures 50 x 40 cm and is 0.8 mm thick. The maximum operating temperature is 230°C. Thanks to the non-stick coating, dough releases easily, eliminating the need for flour. This mat is ideal for making cookies, desserts, bread, and pastries. It makes baking and cooking more efficient. The silicone mat, with its large friction surface, grips the worktop well. It is unlikely to slip while rolling out dough and always remains stable on the table. Cleanup is easy: the silicone baking mat can be washed with water or put in the dishwasher. It can be rolled up or folded for space-saving storage in a drawer or cupboard. At 0.8 mm thick, it is thicker than most other baking mats (0.5 to 0.6 mm). This fondant rolling mat is significantly thicker and more durable, so it is less likely to crease or slip while rolling out the fondant.
