General description

Tile leveling system designed for both floor and wall tiles, ensuring precise alignment and spacing during installation. This product includes 500 pieces of 1.5mm tile leveling spacers made from durable polypropylene, suitable for tile thicknesses ranging from 6mm to 15mm.

    • Installation

  • Place the spacer according to the tile size.
  • Square the tile and tap with a rubber hammer or level ruler.
  • Insert the tile wedges and push them in.
  • Push the wedge with pliers.
  • Clean the gap with a blade between the cement.
  • After leveling, remove the screed 4-6 hours before the cement or adhesive dries.
  • When the adhesive or cement dries, knock with a rubber hammer or cut to remove.

    • Usage

  • Before laying tiles, wipe off excess cement from the edges to prevent it from wrapping around the clamps.
  • If excess cement accumulates in the gaps, clean it with tools such as blades.
  • Note that the grout line is 1.5mm, but may appear larger due to mud and other fillers during installation.
