Operating Instructions:
1.The operating pressure of the gas storage tank must not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 1.25 MPa. The user will be responsible for the consequences of overpressure.
2.The gas storage tank is used in conjunction with connecting parts (tracheal seals, plugs, safety valves, pressure gauges, drain valves) and may only be operated after debugging.
3.The use of simple pressure vessels (gas tanks) does not require registration for their use and does not require periodic inspections during their recommended service life.The gas tank must be disposed of after reaching its recommended service life (7 to 10 years).
4.The gas storage tank must be placed on a flat working surface to prevent cracking in the welded joint between the support and the simplified body during the vibration process, which could cause safety hazards.
5.The gas storage tank shell must be protected from external impacts or very high pressures, and corrosive materials must not come into contact with the shell or be used in a corrosive environment.
6.The bottom drain valve of the gas storage tank must be opened regularly to remove accumulated water to prevent corrosion inside the tank.
7.Once the gas storage tank is put into service, it must not be dug or repaired by welding.
