Clean the dust from the window frame and measure all four sides. 2. Cut two sets of four Velcro strips each: one set for the sash and one set for the window frame. Attach the Velcro strip to the appropriate side of the sash and window frame, then attach the window sealing cap to the Velcro strip. 3. Open the zipper on the window sealing cap, pass the ventilation hose through to the outside of the window, and then tightly close the hose using the zipper.
