Its main purpose is to efficiently rebalance cell voltage, significantly improving the overall efficiency and lifespan of your battery assembly. This smart board activates as soon as the voltage difference between two adjacent cells exceeds 0.1V, initiating a balancing process. It automatically stops working when the difference drops to 0.03V or less, ensuring optimal accuracy. Whether during charging or discharging, this feature protects your batteries, reducing maintenance costs. It offers excellent performance thanks to its integrated MOSFET with very low internal resistance. The balancing current is dynamic, reaching approximately 0.5-0.7A for a 0.1V difference and up to a maximum of 1.2A for a 0.2V difference. The smaller the voltage difference, the lower the equalization current, with a minimum static consumption not exceeding 20μA. Designed for convenient and reliable connection, this board is a 5S active balancer (for 5 cells in series). It is universally compatible with ternary (NMC/NCA) and lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries.
