I think this aerator is ideal for achieving this.

Concerning the characteristics, it is 40w at 220v, its rotation speed is 2800rpm, however its extraction volume is only 600m3/h per hour, and not 1100 as stipulated.
Finally, the power cable is very short, 15cm.
The noise level is correct, it is a 150mm fan, 2800rpm and 600m3/h, so you should not expect it to be silent.
The quality seems good, to see over time, just a shame about the length of the cable and the characteristics indicated in the ad which are inaccurate.
