【6-Wire Switch for Minibikes】 This product is a 6-wire ignition key switch set specifically designed for 2-stroke minibikes/motorcycles of popular brands such as TaoTao, Roketa and Kazuma. It combines power control, ignition switch, and simple switching functions, making it an essential component for replacing damaged original switches and restoring the function of the vehicle's start/stop system and electrical circuit control.
Multifunctional 6-Wire Design】 The 6 wires generally correspond to the following functions (for the exact meaning of the wire colors, please refer to the product or wiring diagram; this is a general reference):
Red wire: Always connected to the positive terminal (battery or rectified output of the ignition system).
Black wire: Power supply to the CDI ignition module and ignition coil (ON position).
Brown/pink wire: Power supply to headlights, taillights, and other lighting systems (ON position or power supply to a specific area). Green wire: Ground (or ignition cut-off wire; shorting it to the black wire will shut off the engine). Yellow/white wire: Can be connected to the ignition coil or for the reverse function. Other colored wire: Can be used for parking lights (position P) or other auxiliary functions. [Key Positions] Generally three positions: OFF: Key removed, vehicle off, steering lock may be engaged (if equipped). ON: Ignition circuit (black wire) and some electrical components connected; vehicle starts and runs normally.
