Description

1. Original infrared tube, dual high-speed NMB ball-bearing fans with temperature-controlled stepless speed variation, and a wide-tooth industrial heat sink for long-lasting operational stability. 2. Classic digital tube display, intuitive and durable, more resistant to high temperatures than an LCD screen. 3. Rotary encoder setting, simple operation and varied functions. 4. Audible signal for optimal user experience. 5. Automatic memory function for all parameters, ideal for assembling automatic aging cabinets for power adapters. 6. 100% factory-exit aging test. Item Type: Electronic Load Aging Battery Capacity Test Module. Operating Mode: Single-mode Constant Current (DC). Discharge Current: 0.20 to 9.99 A, in increments of 0.1 A or 0.01 A. Maximum discharge current error: 0.7% at 0.01 A. Maximum error during capacity test: 2.5% at 0.5 A, 1.5% at 2 A, 1.2% at 5 A and above. Discharge end voltage adjustment range: 1.0 to 25.0 V, in increments of 1 V or 0.1 V. Discharge voltage: 1.00 to 30.00 V (subject to the internal resistance of the MOS transistor and other losses, a measured input voltage of 1 V can support a current of 6 to 7 A; to reach 9.99 A, the measured voltage must be greater than 1.3 V). Maximum voltage measurement error: 0.8% ±0.02 V. Maximum power: 60 W; if this limit is exceeded, the maximum current is automatically limited (the device may activate at a maximum power of 60 W). 9.99 A at 6 V and 3.00 A maximum at 20 V. Maximum statistical value of the battery test: 999.9 Ah or 9,999 Wh. The test stops when this value is reached. Mounting hole positions: 60 mm x 88 mm. Hole diameter: 3.2 mm. Power supply: 12 V, current ≥ 0.5 A. Fan control: Intelligent control (fan speed automatically adjusts to the heatsink temperature). Protections: Overheating ("otP"), instantaneous overload ("oPP"), overvoltage ("ouP"), reverse polarity, abnormal supply voltage. Instructions: 1. Mode Setting (Default: Factory Electronic Charge Mode): Press and hold the power button (small red button) simultaneously to turn on the tester. Release the buttons and turn the rotary knob to select the test mode: "Fun1" corresponds to electronic charge mode and "Fun2" to battery capacity test mode. Press the power button to activate the audible signal. Also, set the buzzer to "bEon" to activate it or "bEoF" to deactivate it using the rotary knob. Once the setting is complete, press the power button again to restart the tester. 2. Electronic Load Mode: 1. Turn on the 12V power supply and enter electronic load mode. Ensure it is off (the "RUN" indicator is off; if not, press the power button to turn off the load). Connect the power supply to be tested to the test power input port (P+P). Pay attention to the polarity! 2. Set the current and lower voltage limit using the rotary knob. Turn the rotary knob to select the current value. Press the rotary knob to scroll through the numbers. The two digital indicators in the center and the VA indicator on the right side of the screen indicate the selected current. 3. Press the on/off switch; the load starts operating, "RUN" illuminates, the circuit applies the defined discharge current to the measured input supply, and the actual input charging voltage is displayed. When the voltage is lower than the defined lower limit voltage, the RUN indicator flashes and the buzzer sounds abruptly. 4. The current can be changed at any time during the test. To change the lower limit voltage, it is necessary to stop the load beforehand. Note: In case of an alarm, the current can only decrease. The tester automatically saves the power supply, parameters, and operating state. In case of another power outage, the state and data prior to the failure are fully restored. 3. Battery capacity test mode: 1. The battery to be tested must be fully charged using a dedicated charger. 2. Turn on the tester to access battery capacity test mode and connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery power cable to the P+P- terminals. If using a four-wire clamp meter, connect the positive and negative terminals of the four-wire voltage test interface to the V+V- ports. 3. Set the discharge current and end-of-discharge voltage using the knob (see the description in point 2). To set the device, press the power button. The tester first detects the battery and cable, and automatically recognizes cables 2 and 4 (JS-2 for 2 cables, JS-4 for 4 cables; if an error occurs, stop the test and check the wiring), then starts the test. If an error code appears, refer to the following description. 4. During the test, the digital display shows the battery voltage, discharge capacity in Ah, and discharge energy in Wh. When the discharge is complete (the battery voltage is below the set voltage), the display shows the Ah value by flashing rapidly, accompanied by an audible alarm. The audible alarm is urgent. 5. Press the rotary knob or the power button to stop the alarm. You can view the battery discharge data, including the discharge capacity in Ah, the discharge energy in Wh, and the battery voltage, by turning the rotary knob. Press the power button again to restore the initial settings. The interface can then be used to test another battery. Additional instructions: 1. During the battery test, the discharge current can be adjusted at any time. If readjustment of the end-of-discharge voltage is necessary, you can interrupt the adjustment by pressing the power button (pausing will return you to the setting page, and the discharge data will be retained). To clear the data, press and hold the power button until 0.000 Ah is displayed. 2. Automatic backup in case of tester power failure saves the defined parameters, as well as all parameters and the status at the time of the test power failure and the test completion alarm. All data is automatically recovered after power is restored. Fault codes and meanings: Err1: Test battery voltage too high. Err2: Battery voltage below the defined discharge end voltage, battery not connected, or reverse connection. Err3: Internal circuit resistance too high, or battery cannot withstand the defined discharge current. Err4: Circuit failure. Err6: Inappropriate power supply. Please use a standard 12V regulated power supply with a current of at least 0.5A. otP: Overheating protection. Ert: Temperature probe is faulty, or the temperature is too low. OuP: Voltage is too high in electronic charging mode. OuPP: Instantaneous power is too high in electronic charging mode. 1 x Battery capacity tester module for aging under electronic load
