Product information

Description

2.5-inch Diamond Hole Saw Without Pilot Drill Bit – We don't use pilot bits in our 2.5-inch diamond hole saw because pilot bits chip and wear out faster than the 2.5-inch diamond-tipped hole saw itself, quickly becoming useless. Using the drill guide means the hole saw will last longer, the 2 3/8-inch diamond hole saw won't jump on tiles, and you don't need to start the diamond drill bit at an angle that creates an uneven oblong hole.
2.5-inch Diamond-Tipped Drill Straight Hole Guide. The 2.5-inch diamond drill guide kit is for use on tile or granite countertops. The drill guide will keep the 7.5 cm diamond-tipped drill bit stable so you can get the hole for the shower hose exactly where you want it with the template, without skipping or starting at an angle and ending up with an oval hole. The 6.5 cm diamond hole saw kit with a hole saw guide allows the 6.5 cm diamond-tipped drill bit to drill a clean hole in glass, mirrors, or tiles. With the 6.5 cm diamond drill bit holder, you can even use the 6.5 cm diamond drill bits for ceramic pots or plates for arts and crafts projects. You must keep the 70 mm diamond drill bit wet; it's the perfect size for tap holes. These 6.5 cm diamond-tipped drill bits are capable of drilling through ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, granite countertops, and even glass tiles, but they must be kept wet and cool at all times, or you will burn them. Remove the 6.5 cm drill bit from the hole every 10 to 20 seconds and soak the diamond teeth in water, then rinse the hole with water. This will keep the bits fresh and make them last longer. Large diamond teeth: Our 7.5 cm diamond drill bit is ideal for porcelain tiles because it has larger diamond teeth than ordinary 6.5 cm diamond drill bits. We use large diamond grit instead of diamond dust on our diamond hole saws so they cut better and last much longer than the old disposable style with grooves around the edges.

Advice from

Core drill buying guide

A large, robust tool, the core drill is designed to drill concrete and other materials using a very wide bit sometimes called a bell or a saw. Depending on the nature of the material, you can choose between dry or wet core drilling.
