Its main advantage is its efficiency: thanks to inductive energy transfer and a high balancing current of up to 1.2A, it significantly equalizes cell voltage, thus improving the overall efficiency of the pack. It operates on the principle of balancing by adjacent voltage difference. As soon as the voltage difference between two neighboring cells reaches or exceeds 0.1V, the module activates automatically. It continues its work until the difference is reduced to less than 0.03V, ensuring exceptional uniformity. This continuous process, active during both charging and discharging, corrects voltage errors and brings the pack values back to an ideal state, thus significantly reducing battery maintenance and replacement costs. Despite its power, it is remarkably energy-efficient. Equipped with an improved, ultra-low internal resistance MOSFET, its static current consumption is less than 20μA when the balancing current is low. The current adjusts intelligently: approximately 0.5-0.7A for a 0.1V difference, and up to a maximum of 1.2A for a difference of 0.2V or more. Installation is incredibly simple, even for beginners. Just follow the normal wiring procedure.
