Caution: Please note upon receiving the product: 1. It is normal for the filter to overflow with a small amount of toner due to shipping. 2. Rinse the filter under cold tap water for 10 to 15 seconds. 3. Place the rinsed filter on the water pitcher, pour in the cold water, wait a few minutes, then pour the water back in.
