If you’re looking to create a room within your garden to relax and unwind or to entertain guests, our spacious 8ft x 8ft Wessex Summerhouse could be the perfect fit. With fully glazed double doors opening out onto the sheltered veranda, this summerhouse offers the perfect spot for enjoying the summer weather while being protected from the sun. Three large styrene glazed windows allow light to flood the interior. Designed with Georgian bars and antique hinges and fixtures, this summerhouse offers an elegant and stylish look. Made using 12mm Shiplap, also known as tongue & groove, the walls of this garden room are designed to keep water and draughts firmly at bay, while providing a robust and long lasting construction. Thick wooden framing provides support for the panels to attach to; this creates a solid structure that can comfortably withstand the British weather conditions! Hard wearing tongue and groove boards construct the roof and the floor of this building which offer a premium, heavy duty finish. The roof is covered with high quality mineral roofing felt which will give your building further protection from the elements. A lock and key are supplied as standard to keep your building and belongings securely locked away.

Delivery Information

This item will be delivered by our own courier. Within 12-48hrs of order, you will be sent a link to the courier’s online portal where you can book, manage and track your delivery. If a date is not selected, our team will book your delivery for the next available date and confirm this date in an SMS message to you.

All our timber buildings come flat packed with all the necessary fixtures and instructions to assemble the building. Our buildings are sold as D.I.Y kits and we do not currently offer an installation service.

Delivery is kerbside only. If you require the building to be placed in or at the rear of the property, please make sure other arrangements are made as our drivers are unable to enter the property threshold.

The item can be left in a safe place on your property in your absence, you do not need to sign for the item. If you have any specific instructions as to whether the item is safe to be left or not, please get in touch with us or add a note to your order at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all of our items. The guarantee commences from the date which you receive your item and we offer a free collection service as part of this agreement. As the buildings are sold as DIY kits we cannot dismantle the building on your behalf and we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs.

The building must be returned in its original, untreated, resalable condition. Until the item is collected by our courier it's the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the building remains in this condition. Once the building has been received by our factory a full refund will be issued back to the original method of payment within 1-3 working days.
