Description

General Description

The 92 mm HSS M42 bi-metal hole saw is designed for a variety of applications, including wood, plastic, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, copper, and plasterboard.

Its high-quality high-speed steel construction ensures robustness and abrasion resistance, while its heat-treated teeth offer high hardness (65HRC), guaranteeing durability and reusability.

Compatibility and Accessories

Compatible with bench drills and electromagnetic drills.

Pistol drills and impact drills.

Usable with a standard adapter in all drills with an SDS-plus or hex chuck.

Installation

Insert the drill into the chuck and tighten the screws on the side of the chuck with a hex key.

Insert the chuck until it reaches the tip of the saw blade.

Place the mounting plate on the saw, then tighten the nut to lock the mounting plate in place.

Ensure the screws are securely fastened to guarantee an accurate cut.

Use

Reduce the drilling speed when using. Recommended speed: ≤ 1000 rpm.

The spring around the drill bit automatically pushes the saw washer after the hole is complete.

Pre-drilled holes improve the speed of removing cylindrical iron threads.

Other information

Due to manual measurement, the size may have an error of 2 cm/1 inch.
