Hole Saw Assembly

1. Insert the drill into the mandrel and secure the screws on the side of the mandrel with a hex key.

2. Insert the mandrel into the bottom up to the tip of the saw blade.

3. Place the mounting plate onto the saw, then tighten the nut to lock the mounting plate and prevent damage (the mounting plate must be positioned between the saw blade and the nut). The gasket cannot be installed upside down.

4. Please ensure that the screws are firmly secured on the side of the mandrel with a hex key and do not move to guarantee a precise cut. 5. The drill and hole saw are easy to attach and cannot be removed during use, which can cause the drill to break. Be sure to reduce the drilling speed when using. It is recommended to use machines with a drilling speed of ≤1000 rpm.
