Features:
The welding process is based on the principle of high current and high temperature, rapidly melting a portion of the nickel sheet and then cooling it. High-speed single-chip design, intelligent programming, real-time battery voltage display, and high visibility of spot welding force. Adopts 6 MOSFETs; the peak current can reach 2400A, supports welding nickel sheets from 0.1 to 0.2 mm, and produces stronger and more aesthetically pleasing welds. High-precision output power design with 99 speeds; the output power is adjustable for more precise welding and is suitable for welding thousands of spots on a nickel sheet and for continuous welding of nickel sheets. With a 3-bit digital tube real-time speed display, this welder not only shows the current speed but also detects the battery voltage, enhancing the spot welding experience.
In standby mode, the digital tube alternately displays the speed and power supply voltage once per second. When the display shows "d" followed by two digits, it indicates that the speed display is active; when the display shows three digits, for example, 12.6, it indicates that the power supply voltage is 12.6V.
With three operating modes, you can switch between general power mode, enhanced power mode, and super-powerful power mode.
The two-spot welding delay time is adjustable; you can set a delay time of 0 seconds or 1 second depending on your work requirements.
This is both a spot welder and a voltmeter, with a built-in high-precision 12-bit ADC. Voltage measurement accuracy is down to 0.01 volts, with a test range of 8-24V. It automatically displays the voltage when connected to a power supply.
Flexible spot welding pen. The 12AWG wire consists of multiple strands of high-temperature wire with high torsional strength and more sensitive operation.
The welding pen is designed with thick, pure copper and alumina copper spot welding needles to ensure high current flow and durability.
The cold-pressing process creates large contact areas with pure copper joints to reduce internal resistance.

1. Lead-acid battery: 2*20Ah electric vehicle battery, 36-405H new car starting battery.
2. Battery model: 3S 4000mAh 35C, 3S 5000mAh 25C, 3S 8000mAh 20C.
3. Car starting supplies: 11.5-14.8V 36-60AH, internal resistance should be >2.5 milliohms and <7 milliohms.
4. Self-assembly battery: 11.5-14.8V, total internal resistance <7 milliohms.
