Description
Step drill bit sizes: 6 to 60 mm (12 steps: 6, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 mm). Shank diameter: 13 mm. Step drill bit material: 4241 high-speed steel. Applications: Suitable for workpieces with a hardness below 25H, such as carbon steel, thin sheet metal, insulation boards, PVC panels, plates, and wood. Workpiece thickness less than 5 mm. Note: Using water-cooled drill bits extends their service life. Recommended drilling speed: 250 to 400 rpm. Centering features: 135-point tip and double flute design with self-centering and deburring functions. The flutes facilitate chip removal during drilling.
