AC 220V Standalone Coal Gas Leak Detector with Natural Gas Alarm, NC/NO Relay Output

General Description

Self-contained natural gas leak detector operating on AC 220 V, equipped with an NC and NO relay output. This device is designed to detect the presence of coal gas and natural gas, which have a lower density than air, and must be installed close to the gas source, within 2.5 m.

Installation

• Install close to the gas source, within 2.5 m.
• Ensure that the power supply and signal cables are properly connected.
• Do not install outdoors or in damp locations.
• Avoid areas of strong air circulation (ventilation, doorways).
• Do not isolate the detector from the source of Gas.

Operation

• After installation, turn on the device to start preheating.
• The red LED indicator will flash once and the speaker will emit a sound to indicate startup.
• In monitoring mode, press button S1 to test operation.
• If the gas density reaches 6% LEL, the LED indicator will turn red and an alarm beep will sound.
• To reset after an alarm, resolve the emergency situation and return the detector to normal operation.

Other Information

• Regularly test the detector by filling a hole with gas for at least 5 seconds.
• Clean the detector regularly to maintain its sensitivity.
• The warranty will be void if the product is opened by the user.
