General Description

This ice cream maker accessory, specially designed for KitchenAid stand mixers, allows you to prepare up to 2 liters of ice cream or handmade ice sorbet in just 20-30 minutes. It is compatible with all KitchenAid models except the Artisan Mini.

Installation

• The freezer bowl should be completely frozen before use, usually 16 to 24 hours in advance.
• Place the bowl upright on a flat surface for even freezing. In the back of the freezer where it is coldest.

Usage

• Prepare ingredients and place them in the pre-frozen freezer bowl.
• Connect the bowl to the KitchenAid mixer and start the fruit blender.
• Start the fruit blender. Rotate in the bowl to mix and aerate the compost mixture.
