Description
Welcome to our shop! Discover our inductive active balancing module, a high-performance solution for optimizing the management of your lithium batteries. This inductive energy transfer balancing board is designed for efficient voltage balancing, with a transfer current of up to 1.2A. It significantly contributes to balancing cell voltage and improving the overall efficiency of your battery pack. Made from PCB and copper, this module incorporates MOSFETs with very low internal resistance, guaranteeing a precise balancing current of 0 to 1.2A with a low potential difference relative to the battery. Its static power consumption is minimal, not exceeding 20µA. A light indicator signals balancing activity: the smaller the voltage difference, the lower the balancing current. Its operation is simple and automatic: balancing starts as soon as the voltage difference between two adjacent cells exceeds 0.1V and continues until the error stabilizes at approximately 30mV. It is compatible with a wide operating voltage range (2.0V to 4.5V), suitable for ternary lithium-ion (NMC, NCA) and lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, but not for lithium-titanate (LTO) batteries. The pack includes a balancing module and a connection cable approximately 30 cm (11.8 inches) long, equipped with 22AWG pure copper termination wires for a reliable connection.
