It significantly improves the overall efficiency of your battery by precisely balancing the voltage of each cell. Its operating principle is simple and intelligent: the module balances the voltage difference between adjacent cells. As soon as the voltage difference between two neighboring cells exceeds 0.1V, the chip triggers the balancing process. This continues until the difference falls below 0.03V, ensuring perfect harmonization. This device considerably reduces maintenance requirements. During the charge and discharge cycles of the pack, any adjacent voltage difference activates the equalization, bringing voltage errors back to an ideal value. This allows you to save on long-term maintenance costs. It also stands out for its very low power consumption. Equipped with an improved ultra-low internal resistance MOSFET, its balancing current adjusts from 0 to 1.2A (the smaller the voltage difference, the lower the current). Its static consumption does not exceed 20μA, preserving your system's autonomy. Manufactured on a high-quality printed circuit board (PCB), this module combines reliability and miniaturization.
