The ADAX CLEA WIFI Glass Electric Panel Heater is more than just a pretty face. It is one of the most technologically advanced electric heaters that you will find. The WI-FI capacities enable the heater to be controlled from anywhere in the world, with a smartphone, after it has been connected to your home router. What's more, with the ADAX APP you will be able to Separate your home into different zones and control multiple heaters. With the bonus of creating a 24/7 timing program to go with it. The Heater is fully LOT 20 / ErP compliant, meaning that it meets the new energy saving regulations. It features new technology such as open window recognition, active start, overheat protection and a IPx4 splash proof rating. The Adax Clea Wifi uses the convection process to heat air, quickly and silently circulating it throughout a room. With a low surface temperature (maximum of 55C), it is safe for children and the elderly. The Adax Clea Wifi is wall-mounted, but leg brackets can be purchased separately to make it portable.

Adax Wifi App - Important Tips (Please Read Before Installation

Please ensure that there is a good Wifi signal in the place where the heater is to be installed.  You can check Wifi signal strength by holding your mobile phone in the area where you want to install the heater to check the signal to your broadband router.  Please bear in mind that panel heater may not have quite as strong a signal as a mobile phone due to the steel casing.

If signal strength is not strong it may be necessary to purchase a Wifi signal booster to ensure that the heater connects to the router properly.  This is the best solution if you are having difficulty.

It is not recommended to install a Wifi heater in a location where the signal strength to the router is poor.

When you setup the APP, please ensure that you enter the full name of your router in the SSID field (case sensitive).  Sometimes it may default to 'my wifi' as the router name.  Please ensure that you change this to the correct name of your router as your mobile phone would see it.

Broadband routers commonly offer two Wifi frequencies,  2.4GHz and 5GHz.  We advise that you turn off the 5Ghz setting on the router's setup page before you attempt the Wifi connection.  This is to reduce interference.  Use 2.4Ghz instead.  When the connection is complete, you can turn the 5 Ghz mode back on again.
