Alpha - Raw Metal Vertical Column Radiator H1800mm x W284mm 2 Column

A vertical column radiator with room-planning flexibility

This Alpha Raw Metal vertical column radiator combines traditional 2-column styling with proportions chosen to make the radiator part of both the heating plan and the room design. Measuring 1800mm high x 284mm wide, it delivers the familiar character of a steel column radiator in a raw lacquered metal finish, giving you practical central-heating warmth without treating appearance as an afterthought.

Why choose this radiator?

• Bring practical warmth into the room: its central-heating design supports energy-efficient room heating as part of a correctly set up hot-water system, helping create a comfortable space through colder weather.
• Keep more horizontal wall space available: at 284mm wide, the tall vertical format uses height rather than a long stretch of wall, helping leave more room for furniture, storage or other features.
• Bring out the character of the material: the raw lacquered metal finish keeps the steel appearance visible, giving the radiator a more industrial, individual look than a conventionally painted finish.
• Reduce the risk of defects reaching your home: The 9-step quality assessment process checks the product through a structured series of quality controls before it is dispatched, giving added reassurance around consistent quality and durability.
• Choose a finish tested for long-term durability: 200 hours of salt spray testing assesses resistance to corrosion and rust, helping provide reassurance against flaking, peeling and deterioration of the finish over time.
• Choose valves to suit your pipework and style: valves are sold separately, so you can match them to the installation and finish you want. If the pipes rise from the floor to the side of the radiator, use angled valves; if they run along the wall to meet the side, use straight valves.
• Make wall support part of the buying decision: some smaller column radiators can be fitted to plasterboard or cavity walls with suitable fixings, but heavier radiators will generally require masonry or floor-mounted support appropriate to their weight. Feel more confident in a long-term purchase: the 20 years guarantee provides added reassurance for a product designed to stay in your heating system for years to come.
• Choose a slimmer column profile: A 2-column radiator has two rows of columns front-to-back, so it projects less into the room than comparable 3- or 4-column designs.
• Spend less time sourcing mounting parts: Wall brackets and masonry fixings are included with this radiator, so you do not need to source those standard supplied parts separately.
• Keep the installation simple without feet: Radiator feet are not included with this version and are not necessary for the radiator to work.
