Usage

Step 1: Clean and polish the physical surface.

Step 2: Heat the surface of the base material until the wire temperature reaches the working temperature of 380℃~400℃. The welding wire will transfer heat from the parent metal to form welds. Avoid using flame directly on the wire.

Step 3: For repairing thin aluminum, heat the aluminum base metal to the appropriate working temperature, then use the wire back and forth to create a weld.

Step 4: Use propane gas to heat the welding center object, or use an industrial gas heater or induction heating device for larger objects. Allow for slow natural cooling after welding.

Note: Ensure the surface of the base metal is clean and maintain the base metal temperature at 400℃ during the welding process.
