Tap water containing residual chlorine turns yellow with just a few drops of reactive residual chlorine. When we put the filter beads in the water, they absorbed the residual chlorine very quickly, and the yellow color disappeared within seconds.

The irregular surface of the calcium sulfite beads can increase the contact area with the water, thus accelerating the absorption of harmful substances in your shower water. Some beads on the market actually contain no active ingredients.
