It employs low-frequency pulses to replicate the 16 basic techniques of these massages. Instructions for use: 1. Connect the electrode to the cable. After attaching them, remove the protective film. Note: A few drops of product on the electrode will prolong its lifespan. 2. Place the electrode on the area to be massaged. Then connect it to one of the device's ports. For increased relief, use the other port and repeat these steps to place the other two electrodes. Ensure that both electrodes are in full contact with your skin and do not overlap. Make sure your skin is clean and free of any dirt, oil, or lotion. 3. Slide the power button located on the top of the device to turn it on. The device will then turn on. 4. Press the Mode button to try a different mode. Then press the center button to select a wave from the available options. Please note that the intensity is set to the minimum by default for each mode. Note: The center button also acts as a lock button. Press and hold it for 3 seconds to lock the screen, then press and hold it again for 3 seconds to unlock it. 5. Once a mode is selected, press the + button to gradually increase the intensity. Press the button to decrease it. 6. The recommended usage time is 10 to 60 minutes. Add 10 minutes to each setting. The remaining time is counted down automatically.
