Operation

• Turn on the tester by pressing the button on top. A green indicator light should illuminate.

• If the light does not illuminate, it may be time to replace the battery.

• Unscrew the brake fluid reservoir cap and remove the tester's cap.

• Immerse the test probes in the brake fluid; the LED indicators will show the percentage of water in the fluid.

• After the test, screw the brake fluid reservoir cap back on.

• The tester will automatically switch off after 12 seconds of inactivity.

• Explanation of the LED indicators:

• Red: Brake fluid with at least 4% water content - replace immediately.

• Red: Brake fluid with approximately 3% water content - brake fluid replacement recommended.

• Yellow: Brake fluid with approximately 2% water content - still functional.

• Green/Yellow: Brake fluid with less than 1% water content - good performance, safe to use.

• Green: Brake fluid in good condition.
