General Description

This automatic double-spring thermal greenhouse fan is a solar-powered, automatic ventilation device designed to maintain optimal temperatures inside greenhouses. Compared to single-spring models, it offers superior thrust, a more robust structure, and a longer lifespan. It opens automatically when the temperature reaches 30°C and closes automatically between 15 and 25°C, ensuring autonomous ventilation regulation. Made of coated drawn aluminum with stainless steel fittings, it is resistant to rust, wear, and weathering. Its ergonomic design and ease of installation make it compatible with most aluminum-framed greenhouses and it can support louvers weighing up to 7 kg.

Usage

1. Installation: Attach the damper opener to the aluminum frame of the greenhouse, following the instructions in the manual, ensuring it is aligned with the damper to be opened.
2. Temperature Adjustment: Turn the cylinder to adjust the closing temperature range (clockwise to increase, counter-clockwise to decrease) according to the greenhouse's needs.
3. Automatic Operation: The damper opener will operate automatically, opening the damper at 30°C and closing it between 15-25°C; it can also be closed manually if needed.

Instructions

• Safety: Do not expose the shutter opener to temperatures exceeding 50°C (122°F); do not disassemble the cylinder. Periodically check the condition of the fasteners.
• Maintenance: Clean the shutter opener with a soft cloth to remove dust and debris.
• Storage: Allow to cool completely (24 hours) before installation if the product has been exposed to high temperatures; otherwise, store in a dry place.
