Operation Place the scale on a flat, horizontal surface. 1. Press the "I/O" button to turn on the scale. 2. "0.0" or "0.00" will appear on the LCD screen. 3. Place the object in the center of the weighing platform. 4. Press the "M" button to change the unit. Calibration 1. If the scale is off, press the "I/O" button to turn it on and display "0.0" or "0.00". 2. When "Cal" appears on the screen, press the button. Press the "Mode" button again; the desired weight will flash on the screen. Place the weight in the center of the platform. 3. "Success" appears on the LCD screen and normal measurement mode is restored. Calibration is complete.
