I ordered two stools, and they arrived promptly and well packaged. One of the stools was defective (a screw that wouldn't tighten at all). I contacted customer service, and within two days, I received a replacement. They sent me two new stools. They were professional, punctual, and reliable. The stools are cute and comfortable. I'm completely satisfied and would buy them again.
