The screen displays the temperature, carbon monoxide concentration, battery level, operating status, and alarm indicators. Three colored LEDs indicate the detector's status. It operates on three 1.5V DC AA batteries (not included). The LEDs perform a self-test. The test button allows you to test the gas detector. In case of malfunction, an error signal and a low battery warning signal are emitted. The detector is equipped with an alert system for different carbon monoxide concentrations: an alarm is triggered in case of a dangerous concentration.
