Product information

Description

General Description The 45mm bi-metal hole saw is designed to deliver exceptional performance when drilling various materials such as metal, aluminum, plastic, and wood. Made from high-quality TCT carbide with a titanium coating, it effectively resists corrosion and rust, while offering increased durability through advanced heat treatment. Technical Specifications Material: TCT/Carbide Diameter: 45mm Shank Size: 10mm Cutting Depth: 25mm Color: Silver Compatibility and Accessories Compatible with bench drills, magnetic drills, pistol drills, impact drills, etc. Package Contents: 1 x 45mm drill bit + 1 x hex shank Installation For proper installation, ensure the drill bit is securely fastened and the handle surfaces are tightened. Check the drill bit for integrity before use. Usage: For drilling stainless steel and steel sheets thicker than 5 mm, use coolant or water. If the cutting thickness exceeds 16 mm, remove the ejection spring from the pilot drill. Apply rust-preventative oil after use to prolong the saw's life. Keep the drill and workpiece vertical during drilling. Use a small feed rate when starting and increase it after positioning. Avoid excessively low speed to prevent the blade from binding. Once drilling is complete, remove the workpiece while continuing to rotate the drill bit. Other information: This hole saw should not be used on concrete, tiles, or stone.
