Suggestions for use:

1. When machining stainless steel and steel sheets larger than 5mm, please add coolant or water.

Note:

1. Check the integrity of the drill before use.

2.When the drill is loaded into the electric drill, the three surfaces of the corresponding handle must be tightened.

3. While drilling, hold the drill and workpiece vertically.

4. Use a low feed force at the start of drilling and a medium feed force after positioning.

5. When drilling, the speed should not be too low to avoid the knife edge getting stuck and causing it to collapse.

6. When the center drill enters the workpiece, the force should not be too large to avoid violent collision between the blade and the workpiece.

7. Once the drill is drilled, remove it while rotating.

8. When drilling continuously, the cutting edge must be cooled with cutting fluid.
