Product information
Description
【ULTRA HIGH PERFORMANCE】: Our metal hole saw adopts variable tooth technology. Combined with the three-blade design featuring internal, mid, and external tilt angles, and front and rear cutting, cutting resistance is low, hole opening efficiency is high, breakage is minimal, and the cutting depth can reach 25 mm. 【PRECISION HOLE OPENING】: The metal hole saw has a positioning aid and a triangular shank design. This helps you position it accurately and ensures the drill bit doesn't slip or get stuck. It helps cut precise, clean, and burr-free holes for safer and more reliable drilling. 【CHIP REMOVAL DESIGN】: It adopts a spring-loaded design. The spring-loaded pilot drill automatically ejects the cutting block during cutting. A new, larger, improved chip removal groove is adopted on the side to ensure smooth chip removal during drilling. Function and effectively prevent chipping caused by chip blockage. 【WIDE APPLICATION】: This metal hole saw is widely used in interior decorating and industrial installations. It can be used with bench drills, magnetic drills, pistol drills, impact drills, etc. (Note: Cannot be used on concrete, tile, or stone) Material: TCT/Carbide Diameter: 80mm Shank Size: 10mm Cutting Depth: 25mm Color: Silver Package Contents: 1 x 80mm Drill Bit + 1 x Hex Shank. Usage Suggestions: 1. When machining stainless steel and steel sheets thicker than 5mm, please add coolant or water. 2. When the cutting thickness exceeds 16mm, remove the ejector spring from the pilot drill. 3. Apply rust-preventative oil to the product After use, to prolong its lifespan. Notice: 1. Check the integrity of the drill before use. 2. When the drill is loaded into the electric drill, the three surfaces of the corresponding handle must be tightened; 3. During drilling, maintain the drill and workpiece vertically; 4. Use a small feed force when starting drilling and a medium feed force after positioning; 5. When drilling, the speed should not be too low to prevent the cutting edge from binding and causing the cutter to break; 6. When the center drill bit enters the workpiece, the force should not be too great to avoid a violent collision between the blade and the workpiece. 7. Once the drill bit has passed through the workpiece, the workpiece should be removed while the drill bit is rotating; 8. During continuous drilling, the cutting edge should be cooled with cutting fluid.
