Bi-metallic analog thermometer for wood oven and barbecue

Very easy to install, just insert the stem through the hole in the oven and then place the included nut.

If your oven does not have a hole, you can simply drill a 1/4" hole and place the thermometer on the oven as described above.

The thermometer measures cooking temperatures between 60–430°C.
