Although there is nothing wrong with the product, it was not suitable for what I needed. It's extremely large for a side lamp and very top heavy for the thin legs. I did not feel it would be safe placed on a high standalone shelf. Any movement would easily knock it off due to how heavy the top is. I have dogs and kids around so was felt it to be dangerous. When I requested to return it the company were very unhelpful, they would not accept my reason for return and were going back and forward in emails asking a multitude of questions and requesting pictures of the lamp and also the shelves I want to place it on. Then after the accepted the reason I found out returns had to be paid for. For an online business I think this approach is not good.
