Description

General Description The boron carbide air blasting head is designed for use in blasting cabinets. It accelerates the air and abrasive as they exit, providing optimal efficiency for cleaning various surfaces. Its durability ensures a long service life, while the coating material composition guarantees wear resistance. This nozzle is ideal for both manual and automatic sanders, perfect for removing tar, rust, old paint, and other materials. Technical Specifications Material: Aluminum alloy + boron carbide Size: 89 x 47 mm Color: Silver Installation Insert the nozzle disc into a male threaded nozzle holder and shape it by turning it by hand until it is firmly seated. Operation Point the nozzle at the surface to be cleaned and press the remote control handle to begin blasting. Hold the nozzle 18 to 36 inches from the surface and move it continuously to achieve the desired cleaning. Each pass should slightly overlap. Replace the nozzle when the orifice exceeds its original size by 1/16 inch. Other information: Condition: 100% brand new. Package contents: 1 boron carbide nozzle, 1 air gun.
