Description
Features:
Lasts up to 3.5x longer than a Bosch standard SDS max flat chisel
Long Life chiselling concrete
Exceptional durability is built into accessories with Bosch Carbide Technology. It consists of the hardest metal, combined with advanced design and manufacturing techniques.
The chisel's power ribs create lateral and vertical cracks in the material, ensuring good progress and reducing jamming.
Self-sharpening blade for long-lasting performance. Thanks to its special design, the chisel's cutting edge stays sharp as it wears off.
RTec element ensures a higher material removal rate. The RTec element on the chisel shank produces the energy-reflection effect, ensuring a higher material removal rate.
Fits all SDS max rotary hammers
Breaking up concrete is a tough job. Chisels that get dull quickly make it even tougher: they waste your time and money. The EXPERT SDS max-8C Flat Chisel is made to last. It will help you complete even the most-demanding concrete demolition jobs – time and again.
EXPERT chisels are made using innovative Bosch Carbide Technology to help construction and demolition workers chisel in concrete and masonry – effectively and with ease.
The EXPERT SDS max-8C uses Bosch Carbide Technology to make sure it's exceptionally resistant to wear. The carbide tip is the chisel's most hard-wearing point: it withstands the impact of constant, heavy-duty use. Plus, thanks to a self-sharpening design, the chisel stays effective throughout its long lifetime. The ribbed design helps create lateral and vertical cracks in the material, reducing jamming and ensuring fast progress. The RTec element on the shank produces the energy-reflection effect for a higher material removal rate. The flat chisel is ideal for concrete and masonry demolition tasks that need more precision: tracing the masonry to be removed, chiselling channels for conduits, or removing floor screed.

In 1886, Robert Bosch, a 25-year-old German engineer, founded an electrical engineering company in Stuttgart. He was returning from a long professional trip to the United States that had led him to work for Thomas Edison, one of the greatest engineers in history. Bosch improved the ignition magnet the following year, to be the first to adapt it to a car engine. This innovation allowed him to develop his business at a steady pace. In the 1920s, he converted his company from automotive supplier to electronics manufacturer. The company has been able to distinguish itself from other brands of DIY power tools by aiming for long-term and high-end, from its famous green drill to complex products such as rippers or garden tools (sculpts -hays, chainsaws ...). This was the success we know. Bosch currently employs 280,000 people worldwide and generates 46 billion euros in sales. Bosch spends up to 10% of its turnover on R & D, a rare effort in the industry. 92% of the capital of Robert Bosch GmbH is held by a charitable foundation Robert Bosch Stiftung GmbH. Thus the profits of the company are donated to this foundation. The remaining 8% of capital is held by the descendants of Robert Bosch's family.
