They rely on a simple yet remarkable physical principle (Pascal's Law). When the pressure inside the bottle increases, the valve expands, creating a tight seal. Position the bottle as you like, and the capsule will remain securely closed. BPA and phthalate-free. Easy to use: unlike traditional champagne corks, they are quick and easy to use. Simply press down on the capsule (the seal does the rest) and lock it with the stainless steel safety clip. Opening is easy, even for those with arthritis! For optimal effervescence, reseal the bottle immediately and keep it chilled.
