Description
- Rustins Button Polish is a shellac-based polish suitable for French polishing and sealing wood before waxing. It enhances the wood with a warm orange or golden tone and provides a high gloss finish when applied correctly. The alcohol evaporates quickly, leaving a durable shellac film on the surface. For French polishing, multiple coats can be applied to build up the desired finish. For sealing wood prior to waxing, two liberal coats are recommended.
