The Man Euro 6 emulator does not need to be learned. Install the emulator under the metal cover of the AdBlue pump on the right-hand side behind the cab, then disconnect the AdBlue pump plug and connect the emulator. Next, remove the following fuses: F894 (AdBlue tank multi-sensor input) F738 (+30V AdBlue pump signal) F1084 (upstream NOx sensor) F737 is now the emulator fuse. F1109 is the fuse for the downstream NOx sensor, and A1191 is the muffler temperature sensor fuse. This sensor must be functioning correctly for regeneration. Finally, disconnect the power supply to the downstream NOx sensor. There are two options: one is to cut pin 1 in the NOx sensor connector, the other (better) is to remove pin 10 in the X3212 connector. This connector is visible at the rear of the engine on the right side. It is a TE (16-pin) connector with a yellow key.
