Suitable for box type manual sandblasting machine and box type automatic sandblasting machine.
It can be used for sandblasted glass, sandblasting, polishing of , mechanical parts.
When the mixture leaves the end of the pipe, the nozzle accelerates the air and abrasive.
The taper and length of the inlet and outlet of the nozzle determine the pattern and speed of the abrasive coming out of the nozzle.
The composition of the coating material determines its wear resistance.

Specially designed for surface cleaning, descaling and glass, aluminum alloy and other decorative surfaces, used for sandblasting and marble carving.

Operation:
1. The operator inserts the nozzle seal into the contractor's threaded nozzle holder and into the nozzle, turning it by hand until it seats firmly on the seal.
2.Once all relevant equipment has been properly assembled and tested, the operator points the nozzle towards the area to be cleaned and presses the remote control handle to start spraying.
3. The operator holds the nozzle 18 to 36 inches away and moves the nozzle smoothly at a speed that produces the desired cleanliness. Each channel should overlap slightly.
4. Once the orifice exceeds its original size of 1/16 inch, the operator must replace the nozzle.
