Replacing the carburetor on your Stihl chainsaw is very easy. An incorrectly adjusted or defective carburetor can disrupt the fuel-air mixture during the combustion process. The result: The chainsaw becomes unusually loud, won't start, smokes, or has insufficient power. The same applies to a clogged carburetor.
