The thermostatic mixing valve is an accessory specifically designed for hot water systems and is widely used in electric water heaters, solar water heaters, and central hot water supply systems. It can also be used in electric and solar water heaters. Users can adjust the temperature of the mixed hot and cold water as needed. The desired temperature is reached and stabilized quickly to ensure a constant outlet temperature. This is not affected by changes in water temperature, flow rate, or pressure. To prevent temperature fluctuations in the bathroom, the mixing valve automatically shuts off the hot water supply within seconds if the cold water supply is interrupted, thus providing safety protection. Operating Principle: A temperature-sensitive element is installed at the mixing outlet of the thermostatic mixing valve. Its temperature characteristic moves the coil in the valve body, thus opening or closing the hot and cold water inlets. Turn on the hot water while shutting off the cold water. Once the thermostatic mixing valve has set a specific temperature, the ratio of hot to cold water at the outlet will change accordingly, regardless of changes in temperature and pressure at the hot and cold water inlets, thus maintaining a constant outlet temperature. The thermostatic mixing valve can be freely adjusted within the product's specified temperature range, and it will automatically maintain a constant outlet temperature. Features: 1. Operating pressure: 0.05 MPa – 1 MPa. 2. Ideal pressure: 0.1 MPa – 0.5 MPa; a pressure reducer must be installed if the pressure exceeds 0.5 MPa. 3. Standard pressure: dynamic pressure 0.3 ± 0.02 MPa. 4. Cold water supply temperature: 4–29 °C, hot water supply temperature: 55–85 °C. The recommended normal operating temperature is 60–70 °C.

With constant water pressure at the inlet, the hot water supply temperature rises from 60°C to 75°C (5°C/min), while the outlet temperature fluctuates by ±2°C.
