This is a polished chrome pivot hinge, commonly used for glass doors and glass panels. Solid copper hinges, manufactured to our strict quality standards. This pivot hinge is highly regarded by designers and architects. Sold individually – one hinge per order. Technical Information - Dimensions: For detailed dimensions of the pivot hinge, please refer to the technical drawings in the product photo section of this page. - Glass Thickness: 6-8 mm - Material: Copper - Finish: Mirror polished chrome - Overall width of the mounting plate: 75 mm - Distance between mounting holes: 66 mm at the furthest point and 28 mm at the closest point. The diameter of these mounting holes is 8.7 mm. - Overall Height: 76.4 mm - Mounting Hole Information: There is a mounting hole for the glass shower door. The hole size in the glass shower door must be at least 8 mm, as the bolt diameter is approximately 7.7 mm. - Maximum door load: The maximum weight limit per hinge is 25 kg. We recommend adhering to this weight limit when deciding how many hinges to use per panel. A typical usage for most panels and doors is 2 to 3 hinges per side. The maximum width of the glass doors should not exceed 700 mm. - Generally, you will need two hinges, one at the top of the glass screen and one at the bottom. - Quantity: 1 hinge per order. Tools required: 5 mm Allen key and 2.5 mm Allen key. Note: All measurements are taken manually. Please allow for a 1-3 cm error due to differences in lighting and display settings. There may be slight color variations; please refer to the actual product received.
