Product information

Description

TECHNOLOGY: Featuring an aluminum stop ring with an integrated bearing, drilling stops instantly upon contact with the wood, preventing over-drilling and ensuring consistent depth control. The smooth bearing reduces friction for effortless operation.

CONTENTS: The wood countersink drill bit set includes four different sizes: 2.8 x 8 mm, 3.2 x 8 mm, 3.5 x 10 mm, and 4 x 10 mm (all with 3/8" 82° countersunk holes and 1/4" hex shanks), as well as a hex key.

RAPID CHIP REMOVAL: The helical flute design of these countersink bits efficiently evacuates wood chips, preventing debris buildup and eliminating clogging for smoother drilling.

Ideal for woodworking, cabinetmaking, and DIY projects.

ADJUSTABLE DEPTH: The HSS M2 4-flute high-speed steel drill bits stay sharp longer, while the aluminum depth stop (with bearing) resists wear less quickly than plastic stops. Easily adjust the drilling depth with the included hex key. The improved aluminum bushing provides cleaner markings and increased accuracy for flawless countersunk holes.

WIDE APPLICATION: This wood countersink drill bit set with depth stop is designed for woodworking applications, including natural wood, solid wood panels, particleboard, MDF, plywood, and fiberboard. For optimal performance and clean edges, we recommend a slow speed of approximately 200 RPM. Note: Not suitable for drilling metal or sheet steel.
